How to take your measurements

We always recommend measuring yourself with a tape measure to get the perfect fit.

Place a finger between you and the tape measure when you are measuring your bust, waist and hips.

Make sure to note down your measurements.

If you’re in between sizes, we recommend going for the size up.

BODY & CURVES

✤ BOOBS

Unless you intend to wear the garment without one, keep your bra on.

To measure your bust, measure around the part which goes across both of your nipples. Yep, your nipples are important here.

 ✤ WAIST

Make sure that you measure against your bare skin.

Your waistline is about halfway-ish between the bottom of your ribs and your hips, above your belly button, it should be the narrowest point.

If you bend to the side, as if you were doing yoga, the crease that forms on your side, is where your natural waistline is.

Wrap the tape measure around your waist but don’t breathe in. Relax your tummy.

Ensure the tape measure is neither too tight or too loose.

✤ HIPS

Get in front of a mirror. Or better yet, ask help from a friend.

Measure without clothes on (just panties) & make sure to stand with your feet together.

Place the end of the tape measure on one of your hips. Pass this around your body, over your bum and your second hip, and then back to the starting point.

It’s important that you take the measurement across the fullest part of your buttocks to get the most accurate reading.

You need to ensure that the tape remains level all the way around and is parallel to the floor. This is where the mirror, or friend, comes in handy.
